Class Enrollment and Cancellation

Class enrollment requires advance payment. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund.

Kitchen Safety and Conduct

All participants must follow kitchen safety guidelines and instructor directions. Kitchen Conceptual reserves the right to remove participants who do not comply with safety requirements or disrupt the learning environment.

Liability

Participants acknowledge that cooking involves inherent risks. Kitchen Conceptual is not liable for injuries that may occur during classes, except in cases of gross negligence.

Intellectual Property

All recipes, techniques, and materials provided during classes are proprietary to Kitchen Conceptual and are for personal use only.
